3. Which material would you prefer? Green-treated, cedar, cedar-tone, composite, or something else?
4. How do you want it to look? Do you like black, metal railings? Or wooden ones?  Have you considered diagonally-layed decking?

• We'll take measurements and consider what it takes to transform your outdoor space into your dream deck!
• We'll quickly come up with an estimate based on your design preferences.

Now that we understand the project specifics... and what they mean for your wallet... we can begin finding creative solutions (if necessary) to ensure that your dream deck doesn't break the bank.  Never hesitate to ask for alternative solutions!

After a 50% deposit, we finalize your design plan. We order your materials, layout the game plan, and determin an acceptable schedule for your project.  Within 3-8 weeks, your deck project will begin! (This depends on material delivery times, schedule availability, and customer preference)

We'll reach out about a week in advance just to be sure that everything still feels good on your end and to ensure that the project site will be ready for us.

Here we go! We'll start by preparing the area to keep your home clean as construction takes place.   The duration of deck projects can vary quite a bit depending on design and material choice.
